EMDR THERAPY SERVICES

We offer customized EMDR therapy sessions with different options for treatment.

Recent Trauma EMDR Therapy Intensive 

A brief, specialized approach to EMDR therapy to support your healing if you have experienced a recent traumatic event (approximately within the last ~3 months) or you are experiencing intense, ongoing suffering due to prolonged or consecutive painful experiences.

We will meet for 2 to 8 sessions over 1 to 4 weeks. 

 

For acute traumatic stress and pain.

GRIEF, LOSS, & BREAKUP
EMDR Therapy Intensive

A brief, specialized approach to EMDR therapy to support you after experiencing a recent loss and the intense ongoing emotions, pain, and grief. 

We meet for 2 to 8 sessions over 2 to 8 weeks to get you back on your feet. 

 

For acute grief and pain after a recent loss or end of a relationship.  

Supplemental emdr therapy

Brief EMDR therapy intensive as a supplement or "adjunct" to your ongoing therapy to accelerate the healing process of trauma or other pain points that have not resolved with other forms of therapy.

Your therapy intensive will be provided in coordination with your primary therapist.

For brief, specialized trauma therapy in coordination with your primary therapist. 

Reminder: All of our sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant online video platform.

what can emdr help with?

EMDR has shown to be helpful for anyone who is suffering from painful memories or distressing feelings. These can stem from past or present experiences.
