As the darkness of late fall expands into our days, it's a good time to rest, recharge and reflect on where you are, and what you might want to invite in when the light returns. Let’s take a few moments to go within and consider these November journal prompts. Before we get started, I’d love for you to prepare your favorite drink, maybe a hot tea or cup of coffee, and then find a cozy spot where you can relax, spend some time dreaming and journaling. Make sure to grab everything you need to be comfortable.
When you envision your ideal day, what do you see?
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
Or, are you alone for all or part of the day?
What are the smells and sounds that you encounter during this ideal day?
Where are they coming from?
How do you feel in your body?
What emotions are you feeling?
What else do you notice about this ideal day?
In what ways are your days in alignment with this ideal day now?
What do you need to make this ideal day a reality?
What’s one thing you could release or let go of that will provide you space to create this ideal day?
What are you grateful for today?
I offer you my deepest wishes to you for a nurturing holiday season, with connection and joy.
With love and solidarity,
