EMDR Therapy IntensivesAvailable Online throughout Washington State

Updated: Apr 24, 2023

My love affair with Washington continues to deepen. Fall has always been my favorite season, but after experiencing the transition of life out of winter and the flowering of spring in the Pacific Northwest, I may have changed my mind. And now, here I am bathing in the warmth of a belated summer wondering if this season might be my favorite, too. These thoughts and experiences provide me refuge in a world that feels chaotic and overwhelming. As I traverse the seasons in this magical land I am reminded, once again, that being in nature is one of the greatest salves for what ails us and a buoy to the spirit. I'm dropping my anchor with the trees during this time. If you've been getting outdoors and taking some time to convene with nature, I'd LOVE to hear about it in the comments below.

In between providing EMDR intensive sessions, settling into our new home and hiking my way through the PNW this spring, I managed to study for the National MFT Exam required for licensure in the state of Washington. I never thought I would be taking on one of these beast exams again (California has it's own acute stress inducing exam process), but big life changes often require some heavy lifting. We can do hard things!

I am happy to report that I passed the exam and, as of today, I am officially licensed in Washington state!

I am so thrilled to open up services to Washington and be a support to those in need here. I also look forward to connecting with my colleagues in the state and coordinating care.

EMDR therapy services are provided online which opens up access to anyone in Washington or California at the time of our meetings.

If you are located in Washington or California, or plan to be visiting and would like to explore scheduling a therapy intensive, you can schedule a complimentary 20 minute consultation to learn more.

See you in the trees,

Annie
